Customer Reviews

"Delicious food and great service! Very large portions and they grind their own coffee beans! The pancakes are the size of the plate and the skillet could feed 3-4 people! Cash only and friendly service. We'll be back!"

- Rebekah J.

"This place is a little gem right off the Monroe Square. It is just down home good cooking. I go for the blueberry pancakes the size of a dinner plate. However, I haven't tasted anything I didn't like. This is not a fancy joint, it is a pull up to the counter and have coffee and eggs. There is a good chance you will meet other folks for a fun chat or you can just eat and run. Staff is friendly and efficient."

- Cynthia K.

"Delicious breakfast. We were visiting from out of town and love to try local restaurants instead of chains. The prices were reasonable, service was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the place was hopping! We liked it so much, we made sure to go back a second time while staying there."

- Tami H.

"This was recommended to us by three locals. One lady at a gas station, a lady at the venison meat factory and a guy down town. Amazing country cooking, lovely ladies serving the food. Cash only payments . Saturday AM, expect a 20-45 minute wait. There's bar and communal table seating for quicker service "

- KBB R.

"Ordered the double cheeseburger it was huge. Single patty would have been more than enough. It was good with fresh cut fries. About $12 bucks"

- James R.

"Went on a Sunday for breakfast. It was full and very busy. One of the girls offered us seats joining another group with a couple of extra chairs, so nice of her. A couple of seats at the counter opened up just then so we plopped ourselves down at the counter and proceeded to have great service great food, everything was very efficient and clean. They have most anything you could think of for breakfast and mine was very good. We saw huge cinnamon rolls speeding past us, and we were sitting right in front of the hot buckets filled with sausage gravy and cheese sauce being generously ladled on top of plates piled high with eggs hash brown sausage waffles ham whatever you want I guess! Everyone had great attitudes, our food and our time spent there was all good. I would definitely go back anytime."

"We come to WI each year for the 4th of July, and I am making it a point to stop at Amy's each year. They are so kind and warm every time, and the food is great! We have had breakfast and lunch. The cinnamon rolls are so so so good. Try it all for yourself!"
